P-Square - Museke African artistes
P-Square is made up of Peter and Paul Okoye and is a rhythm and blues group.
They are influenced by Usher, Bobby Brown, MC Hammer, R Kelly and Michael Jackson among others. Their Afrocentric music encompasses urban/R&B songs, hip-hop jams, dancehall, soul, etc
They hail from Ifite Dunu LGA in Anambra State but were born and brought up in Jos, Plateau State – Nigeria. They both attended Tempest Private School, Laranto, Jos; St. Murumba College, Jos, Plateau State; and are both graduates of Mass Communication and Business Administration respectively at the University of Abuja - Nigeria. In St. Murumba College, they formed a dancing group called the Smooth Criminals which existed for 5 years. They then formed an accapella group called MMPP together with two friends, Michael and Melvin. After the breakup, Peter and Paul formed P-Square.
After having their debut, Last Nite produced by Timbuk 2 Records (which got them to the Kora awards), they formed Square Records to handle their Get Squared album. The album dominated charts across Africa on the backs of hits like Bizzy body and Temptation.
Peter, their brother Tony and their cousin and friend Oshevire Ovuorho choreograph all the dances. Peyer also plays the acoustic & bass guitars and drums. Paul plays the keyboard and does the production and sequencing of their songs till date. They have their own label called Square records.
Some of their popular songs are Igbedu, Kolo, Mako Fiesta, Bad boy, Senorita, No One Like You, Stand Up, Miss You Die, Special Man, Ifunaya (Love), Dance Floor, Game Over, Why E Bi Sey, Do me, More than a friend, Am I still that special man, Super fans, Possibility, Who dey here, Break it, E no easy, etc

Oh yeah, P-Square is one cool group, I love their choreography and they are very marketable. They should keep flying the flag of African R&B high.
They have some crazy fans too, like those who have commented above.
African musicians need these kinds of fans to make it internationally.
