Elder Mireku is a gospel musician from Ghana. He was raised in a Christian family home in Tema, Ghana.

He is believed to have released over 40 albums, albeit a large number of them being in volumes. Most of the albums are in praise or worship volumes.

He is credited for the phrase "Wonbom, Glory, Wonbom" which is a popular praise sang at many Ghanaian churches. Musicians like Kwaku Gyasi, Prophet Seth Frimpong, Pastor Lenny Akpadie and Francis Asumadu are thought to have taken after his style.

Some of his songs include Magyenkwa, Nyame beye, Obarima Jesus, Okamafo Nyame, Owuo mame, Enkosi da ben, Awurade me Nyankopon, Koso na som no, Ne mogya adi nkunim, Owusore, Me ne no bedi, Aduru wosu, Sunsum kronkron ba, etc
