Mambo Jambo, comprised of Benjamin, G Stebo, and Only Face, is a Hip-Hop/Bongo Flava band based out of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. “Nakupenda” (I Love You) is the second single off of Mambo Jambo’s self-titled 2008 album. It follows after the 2006 release of “2merudi tena” (We’re Back!). Mambo Jambo has worked with Miikka Mwamba Kari, acclaimed Finnish producer and founder of Mwamba Productions, and Art in Tanzania, a Finnish-Tanzanian NGO, to produce their 2008 album.
