Alabaster Box is an all male gospel acappella music quartet based in Ghana. It is made up of Samuel Narku Dowuona (founder, a journalist and musician), Gideon Allotey (bass), Horst Ayub (falseto) and Richmond Agidi, (tenor). The original membership consisted of Sam, Gideon and two other brothers, David and William. They call their music Afropella - acappella made in Africa.

They formed the group out of a passion to unearth and make use of purely natural talents to its fullest to make complete music in praise to God, other than the engagement of artificial music instruments. This goal is in keeping with the scripture which says "God has anointed praise in the MOUTHS of babes and sucklings to avenge the enemy."

The group is currently managed by Heritage Development, a Marketing, IT, PR and event production consult in Ghana.
