Ghana@50 6TH MARCH, 1957.
Does this ring a bell? The first country out of Sub-Saharan Africa to gain independence? What about â€œthe battle has ended, Ghana, your beloved country, is free foreverâ€ These were the words from Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the first president of the Republic of Ghana when Ghana attained independence.
This year, Ghana is celebrating 50 years since independence and I am glad to announce it to the whole of Africa and the world at large. A lot of activities have been lined up for this event and I want to invite all Africans and stakeholders, investors to come join the people of â€œGold Coastâ€ (Ghana) on her anniversary.
