Jamali is a girl-group from South Africa, It is made up of Jacqui Carpede, Liesl Penniken, and Mariechan Luiters. Their music is mostly R&B and ventures into Afro-pop as well. They've been singing since childhood. They sing in Zulu and English.
They shined in South Africa's Coca Cola Pop Stars competition in 2004, finally losing out to Ghetto Lingo. They released their debut album, Jamali, shortly after. They released their second album, Yours Fatally in 2006. They released a new album in 2008 called 3rd base.
